We are hiring a Referral Co-Assist Virtual Assistant based in Kenya. Green Harvest Group is a UK social care provider delivering children's homes, supported accommodation and residential family assessment centres. Our promise to local authority commissioners is a complete response to every referral enquiry within one hour. This role exists to help us keep that promise. The work involves monitoring our referral inbox, drafting and refining responses to local authority enquiries, logging every enquiry in Asana and chasing missing placement information. Confidence with Microsoft 365, Asana and AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot is essential. The role is a remote contract, initially 3 days per week rising to 4 days including Saturday, on 8 to 10 hour shifts covering UK business hours. Pay is competitive and reviewed at 90 days. Fibre internet of 25Mbps or more with backup power is a firm requirement and must be evidenced at application.
