I've just wrapped up a fantastic team building experience with the incredible TGW Northern Europe Retrofit team. We laughed, we learned new words – ‘wonky’, ‘stooge’, ‘loss leader’ and who can forget ‘The Mother-In-Law’ (IYKYK) - we (over)used fiddle toys, and most importantly, we found new ways to improve our communication to serve customers even better. Because great customer service doesn’t just happen... it’s built on strong teamwork, trust, and maybe just a little caffeine and croissants. ☕🥐 Working across 6 countries and cultures was a blast — full of fresh perspectives, creative energy, and the kind of team spirit that makes work feel a lot less like, well… work.
