“What a hidden gem.” “I wish we’d known about you sooner.” “If only we’d found you last year…” “How have we never heard of you before?” “You’ve been here all along?!” Sound familiar? It’s the phrases I hear time and time again about Exclusive Collection and while it always makes me smile, there’s a tiny part of me that winces too, because we know just how special our properties are. 🌸 The gardens at Fanhams Hall ⛳ The golf course & the pub at The Manor House 🥕 The kitchen garden at Lainston House 📖 The lounges at Ansty Hall 🍰 The drawing room at South Lodge 🍴 The view from Fork at Royal Berkshire 💇‍♀️ The Spa at Pennyhill Park (The list could go on and on and on!) From countryside escapes to Michelin dining and experiences that genuinely stay with you, it’s not a question of if people love us, it’s a question of when they find us to fall in love and that’s the challenge, isn’t it? When you genuinely believe in something, when you know the quality, the people, the experiences that are second to none, it can feel like quietly shouting into the void, hoping the right people hear you at the right moment because once they do that’s when we do what we do best and live one of our cornerstones, "Creating happiness in amazing places". Guests return time and again, conferences re-book, guests celebrate their 15th Christmas with us, word spreads. Those “hidden gem” conversations turn into “this is our go-to place.” So here’s to continuing to tell the story, a little louder, with a little more visibility, a little clearer and making sure fewer people say “I wish we’d known about you sooner.” (But if they do… we’ll still take it 😉)
