After 32 months at PolyAI (oddly specific, but this team really does feel like my baby), I’m excited to share that I’ve been promoted to Head of Talent. There have been moments of brilliance, plenty of challenges, and the occasional test of patience. But the real privilege has been working with people who are relentless, not afraid to try and fail, and would never settle for mediocrity.
