In 2019 I left arguably one of the best jobs in #employerbranding to strike out on my own. This happened to coincide with being a sleep-deprived new mum for the first time. Crazy on paper, definitely. Here are my honest reflections on the end of 2019 and the early highs and lows of this journey. I also wanted to take a moment to thank some of the amazing individuals who have supported, inspired, helped me and backed me in the early stages of this adventure. I definitely have not remembered to thank everyone but some names stuck out. Thank you for being my village…it certainly takes one.
