Albert Einstein These are the words that spring to mind when I think about the groundbreaking work of Carla Molento and her team at the Universidade Federal do Paraná They are on the path to producing biologically identical donkey collagen - without the need to slaughter donkeys. This innovation has the potential to protect not only donkeys from cruelty and slaughter, but many other animals who endure lifetimes of suffering for human consumption or use.
