I'm lucky enough to work for a company with an exceptional benefits package and a focus on the employee experience. LINK offers us an annual learning and development stipend to supplement our growth as people and professionals, but I'm striking out on ideas on where/how to use my funds this year. Help! Is there anything that you've found to have accelerated your career in leadership, communication, program management, visual storytelling, or other skills (hard or soft)? What classes, certifications, or conferences have been your favorite?? I attended the IABC World Conference last year using my stipend, and one of our requirements is to try something new year-over-year so that's really the only option off the table. Surely someone in this network, or adjacent networks, has the secret sauce!
