Happy to share that our latest paper is now published in Protein Science. We applied native ion mobility mass spectrometry combined with biochemical and computational approaches to show how ALS-associated mutations and ionic strength reshape the conformational landscape of the TDP-43 C-terminal domain, uncovering distinct pathways to amyloid assembly and phase separation. Thank you to Antonio Calabrese for supervising this project and our collaborators Joel Crossley, Chalmers Chau and Paolo Actis. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gz_Y4xEz
