Over the past years, I’ve worked and learned across many fields — audio, design, storytelling, innovation, podcasting, writing, entrepreneurship, systems thinking, philosophy... And the deeper I went, the clearer it became: everything is connected. I’ve seen how creative work stalls not from lack of ideas, but from hidden connections, uncertainty, and missing structure. How people lose agency when their ideas have no shape. And how much we long for authentic, meaningful expression. That’s why ODYS matters to me. It brings these fields together — the creative, the systemic, the philosophical — into a clearer way of navigating creative complexity. It is home for all the interconnected ideas and interdisciplinary creatives. Also ODYS being my last project within the TAB eG means a lot.
