Teen mental health needs addressing. This research shows a way forward. Meet Intinn: a film‑led classroom experience created with Cork International Film Festival and University College Cork. By speaking to young people in their own language it's helped teenagers feel better, build resilience, and speak more openly about their mental health after just one session. Teachers said it made difficult conversations safer and easier, and students called it eye‑opening and relatable.
