#NEWS | Embraer today announced it has concluded the acquisition of additional stake in the joint venture with Safran Cabin, along with certain assets related to its operations in Brazil. The agreement includes the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Mexico-based EZ Air Interior Limited, a joint-venture established in 2012 between Embraer and C&D (current Safran Cabin) in Chihuahua that has exclusively supported Embraer programs, producing components such as luggage bins, galleys, lavatories, and floor panels for the E-Jets family. O acordo inclui a aquisição dos 50% remanescentes da participação na EZ Air Interior Limited, com sede no México, uma parceria estabelecida em 2012 entre a Embraer e a C&D (atual Safran Cabin), em Chihuahua, que tem apoiado exclusivamente os programas da Embraer, para produção de componentes como compartimentos de bagagem, galleys (cozinha), lavatórios e painéis de piso para a família E-Jets.
