Today, we opened a new chapter in our Reverse Mentorship journey in partnership with Inter-IKEA Systems BV! Together with mentors and leaders from IKEA, we created a space where lived experience, perspective, and intention could meet openly. This launch also marks the 12th edition of Embark in the Netherlands, shaped by the many voices and partnerships that continue to carry this model forward. 💫 A heartfelt thank you to Gülnur Akalin and her team for their belief in this journey and for creating the conditions that made this gathering possible! This moment is more than a kick-off. It is the beginning of partnerships grounded in curiosity, honesty, and mutual learning. Over the coming months, mentors and IKEA mentees will explore purpose, belonging, and the quieter edges of leadership that emerge through genuine dialogue.
