One of the most important questions before joining an executive programme isn't what you'll learn. It's who you'll learn alongside. Recently in Hamburg, we had the opportunity to meet professionals from different industries, backgrounds and stages of their careers for an informal evening of conversation. What stood out wasn't a shared job title, industry or career path. It was a shared curiosity. A willingness to challenge assumptions, exchange perspectives and engage with questions that extend beyond day-to-day business.
