Yesterday, I casually checked my spam folder and found out that I had been selected for an internship at Progree! I was really excited and even shared the news on LinkedIn. Later, while scrolling through LinkedIn, I came across a post from someone who had received a very similar offer letter. They shared their experience and said that after interns completed all the tasks over a month, they were asked to pay money to receive their internship certificate. I decided to contact them, and they confirmed that it's true. There are multiple groups with around 700 students in each group. When I asked why payment was required, they were told to pay the company's design team. I just wanted to share this experience so other students stay cautious. Before accepting any internship, make sure to ask whether there are any hidden charges, especially for the certificate. Transparency is important, and no one should find out about unexpected fees only after putting in weeks of effort.
