AI is now part of every CV you receive. 🤖 It has become a permanent part of the recruitment process long before a candidate ever steps into an interview. Today, at least half of all CVs are written or edited using AI. And for specialised roles, it’s easy to see why: refining a CV can take hours, even days, and AI compresses that work into minutes. But here’s the contradiction: hiring managers say they dislike AI-generated CVs, although they also expect them.
