First Class Alumni at the University of Birmingham

On Tuesday I was very proud to graduate from the University of Birmingham with a First Class Honours! Choosing to study Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences was daunting at first because I didn’t know what to expect. Four years later, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Being able to study subjects ranging from International Relations to Business to Anthropology has taught me the importance of approaching problems with an interdisciplinarian perspective. Graduating has made me reflect on my time at Birmingham and the incredible opportunities it has given me. ⭐️My favourite exeperiences from the last 4 years: 1. Studying at the University of Melbourne was an incredible year, completely immersing myself in a new country and culture. Travelling around Australia and New Zealand with Surf/Ski societies was a particular highlight 🏄‍♀️ 2. In November, I stepped into the ring for a charity boxing match in support of The OddBalls Foundation , helping raise money for a fantastic cause. However, the gloves have been hung up to retain my undefeated status 🥊 So, what’s next?
