I am honored to step into the role of Chief Retail and Delivery Officer and Executive Vice President at the United States Postal Service (USPS). In this position, I will lead USPS’s strategy to deliver world-class service, transform Post Offices into vibrant community hubs, and oversee 430,000 employees, 30,000 retail sites, and a fleet of 230,000 vehicles.
