Chief Performance Officer: I help leaders and their organizations thrive through better sleep | Sleep Neuroscientist | Performance & Leadership Expert | Keynote Speaker | Adjunct Professor | Author
We made it into TIME magazine! Love Kelsey McKinney’s very personal story and background about why the business of #sleep is growing so fast, plus how big its positive impact can be on society. With more awareness consumers and companies are increasingly willing to throw money at the problem, but are they really getting better sleep with expensive gadgets or retreats? For Joeran Albers and me it has always been critical to be science-based in everything we do at Shleep, only then will you get great results. And the science is very clear: you need to change your behavior to get better sleep, there is no silver bullet (or pill ;)). That means hard work! Our coaching approach is paying off though, we reduce sleep debt by up to 52% and improve sleep quality by 50%. As new sleep players enter the market with pseudo science, it’ll be increasingly important for consumers and companies to have a critical mind.
