Who can resist a selfie with a Minecraft chicken? Not me. And I suspect I wasn’t alone among those visiting the Minecraft Education stand #BETT26 last week. Getting to spend time having thoughtful, generous conversations with so many brilliant people was a real highlight of BETT for me. I loved the curiosity and openness that visitors to the Minecraft Education stand brought with them. Always lovely to spend time with Dan Noble – co-creator of the Sandtray Therapy Minecraft World. It was also great to reconnect and meet up with such an inspiring group of Minecraft Ambassadors and experts: Aaron Parsons, Beverley-Kim Bailey, Bram Wulteputte, Fabrizio La Rosa, Gema Carvia-Meadows, Jevgenij Chomaniuk, Kate Whyles, Kimberly Niebauer, Luigi Belli, Tamara Grigore, PhD and Walberto EdTech consulting. Thank you as well to the Minecraft Education team for the lovely conversations - Michael Barrett, Sara Cornish, Barrett Livingston, Justin Edwards and Owen McIntyre (CMgr). And thank you to Makayla Mota for organising us – and to Andy Knueven for cheering us all on in the WhatsApp group! Although I am still very jealous that the Shapescape team got to take the chicken home with them!
