🪴Visit to Scotsdales Garden Centre 🪴 One great thing about recruiting in the garden retail sector is that we get to visit lots of garden centres - and no two are ever the same! People don’t always see all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to make a great customer experience. Being there in person lets me really get a feel for how the place runs and how the team makes it all happen. It was also great to see their new restaurant, which looks like a fantastic addition.
