The Frank Boettger Auditorium in Woolsey Hall was packed this morning with students and business leaders, as we listened to the Executive-in-Residence presentation by Textron SVP Maggie Topping and Textron CIO Luke Pankey. It was brilliant to have Textron’s top HR and IT executives discuss the important role of AI today, always keeping the human element front and center. Obvious but key takeaway: AI is to be embraced but it doesn’t replace the user’s critical thinking.
