Incoming Graduate at Mercer | Durham BSc Mathematics
After a successful final year, I’m delighted to share that on Wednesday I graduated with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Durham University. I am particularly proud of my dissertation on spatial prediction methods, in which I received a first (73%). Alongside my studies, this year I had the privilege of serving as one of the Club Captains of Durham University Swimming Club. This has been one of my most rewarding experiences so far, and it has been a great pleasure to be being part of such a wonderful community. I look forward to hearing about the future success of the club! Additionally, I’m honoured to have received a Half-Palatinate award in recognition of my efforts within the Swimming Club, alongside Liam Marshall and Adam Drew, whose support has been invaluable throughout the year. As my time in Durham comes to an end, I’m looking forward to joining Mercer in their Manchester office as a Graduate Actuarial Analyst this September. I’m excited for the upcoming opportunities and can’t wait to see what the future holds. A massive thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey at Durham and made it so special.
