Back from Anestesia Multimodal 2025 in Madrid, feeling inspired and deeply grateful. It was an incredible few days of learning, exchange, and meaningful conversations about how our specialty continues to evolve. The level of academic discussion and the collaborative spirit made this meeting truly exceptional. I had the privilege of giving a talk on neuromuscular function monitoring by electromyography with TwitchView, a technology that is transforming how we evaluate blockade and recovery — bringing precision, safety, and confidence to anesthesia practice. Special mention to Marusa Naranjo for her remarkable teaching and generosity in sharing knowledge, to Emery N. Brown, the brilliant mind inspiring much of the science behind modern anesthesia, and to Fernando Cassinello Plaza, whose passion for monitoring and patient safety is simply contagious. And, of course, my sincere recognition to Cristian Aragón for his vision, leadership, and tireless work in creating such a high-level and engaging event that truly brings together science and clinical practice. I return home with new insights, friendships, and the motivation to keep promoting the best of multimodal and monitored anesthesia. See you all soon, next stop, Mexico!
