🆕 🇪🇸 👮‍♀️ Quasi un secolo di assenza, poi la svolta: restituiti due dipinti del XVII secolo alla Chiesa dell’Ospedale dei Venerabili Sacerdoti di Siviglia Two oval oil paintings by the 17th-century Sevillian master Lucas Valdés have been successfully recovered by the Spanish National Police. The artworks had been missing since 1929, following their loan to the Ibero-American Exposition in Seville. The investigation was initiated after the pieces were spotted in an auction house catalog. Nearly a century after their disappearance, the two paintings have been successfully returned to the Hospital de los Venerables Sacerdotes de Sevilla.
