ELIN Motoren supplies eight electric motors for #ITER in southern France—the world's most ambitious fusion project. ITER aims to demonstrate that fusion energy can become a viable, CO₂-free energy source, fundamentally changing how we power our future. Unlike fission in today's nuclear plants, fusion merges nuclear energy to release massive energy without producing long-lived radioactive waste.   Our motors will be used for the main pumps that cool most critical components—like the plasma stabilization systems. These systems must safely dissipate extreme thermal loads generated during fusion reactions. In this environment, failure isn't an option.   🔁 Engineering at the extreme: ITER pushes far beyond conventional power plant requirements.
