Most manufacturing executives we speak with aren't looking for a new ERP. They are looking for a way to make the one they already have stop creating problems their team has to solve manually every single day. However, sometimes that isn't an ERP problem. It's a workflow problem, and a full ERP migration won't fix it. That would only replace one system of record with another and leave the same integration gaps in place, unless those gaps are explicitly designed out during implementation.
