What does it take to train world-class biopharmaceutical operators? Last month, our teams in Kinsale and Limerick welcomed visitors from the NIBRT National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training alongside training providers from Houston, Indianapolis and Maryland. They came to learn how we develop talent here in Ireland, so they can support critical upskilling at Lilly's new U.S. sites. From our training frameworks to hands-on operations, our teams shared an honest account of what works, the challenges we've navigated, and the lessons we've learned along the way.
