Achieving Excellence in Safety is an important goal that was reached by our ELG Utica Alloys facility in Duisburg in 2025. After 6 incidents that were recorded in 2024, the team was able to avoid any accidents the following year – which rightfully earned them our internal #SafetyAward “Safety Champions 2025”. “At Aperam Recycling, health and safety is our top priority. We are very proud of what our team has achieved, but we are not resting on our laurels; we see this as an incentive to continue doing even more every day to ensure the safety of us all.
