Through Elevat.Ed, you hear a lot from Luc Levene and Efe Ünal. So, here’s a chance to get to know two more of the people making everything work: Zac Stalbow and Thomas Birch Alvarez-Cascos. Zac is the person who turns our wild ambitions into something tangible. Whether it’s our training programme, website, internal systems or whatever new idea Luc and I have come up with that week, Zac somehow finds a way to build it. He’s just returned from the University of Pennsylvania, and has previous experience at Bridgify. His technical ability is slightly ridiculous, and Elevat.Ed would look very different without him. Then there’s Tom, or our team “German,” as we like to call him. He is detail-oriented, exceptionally organised and seemingly incapable of forgetting anything. Anyone who has worked with him will vouch for that. Tom has experience in banking at Santander. Luc and I love working with Tom because he removes almost every non-product-related headache before we have even realised it exists.
