#fertilefuture Since 1996, the world of work, in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), has celebrated this day across the globe with one common goal: promoting a “culture of safety.” At EV, we promote shared safety and health principles across all our subsidiaries, while also empowering each of them to develop the actions best suited to their local and professional contexts. Our HR teams work closely with management to design and implement solutions that foster not only safety, but also well‑being at work.  🤝Many improvements, moreover, stem from the insights gained through our annual satisfaction survey, the NPS (Net Promoter Score).
