At a time when many women’s networks are winding down, Generation CEO e.V. is proving what truly matters. For more than 10 years, I’ve been a proud member of this community, and it’s inspiring to see it continue to grow. We spent an inspiring day together and to exchange and connect and learn about how AI shapes our respective environments. I was glad to share observations how I see AI transform Marketing&Media in my advisory practise. ✨ 15 outstanding top executives were selected from more than 150 applications—women in Tech, in Security, in Science and many more backgrounds, who embody diversity, leadership strength, and a future-driven mindset. With them, our network now includes 274 members. Why am I part of Generation CEO e.V.? 1️⃣ Generation CEO actively drives opportunities and visibility for women in top management — with the clear ambition to advance equality in business, politics, and society. 2️⃣ I firmly believe that championing female leadership has never been more important. Diverse teams consistently perform better. With broader perspectives, decisions evolve — and so do cultures, organizations, and ultimately, the economy and the world prosper. 3️⃣ Women are still underrepresented in leadership positions. That makes it even more crucial to empower one another in networks like Generation CEO and to highlight the impact female leadership is already delivering today: - 113 of 274 of our members hold CEO or C-level roles. - Together, we hold 313 advisory board, management board, and supervisory board mandates. A warm welcome to our new members: Yvonne Bettkober, Bettina Boos, Elisabeth Burda Furtwängler, Dr. Hannah Christina Haupt, Agnes Heftberger, Ramona Koppe, Doreen Laubsch, Lucretia Loescher, Daniela Mattheus, Kirstin Meyer, Nina Michahelles, Dr. Sina Sattler, Stephanie Sievers, Sahil Tesfu, Dr.- Ing. Hiie-Mai Unger I look forward to exchanging ideas, gaining new perspectives, and shaping economic success together—also empowered by women.
