Great leadership is not only about setting direction. It is about challenging, inspiring and empowering others to move forward. This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our EVP, David Antunes, to METRO Slovakia. Thank you, David, for your trust, your valuable advice, your constructive challenge and your positive energy. Your visit was a great opportunity to reflect on our priorities, validate our direction and strengthen our ambition for what we want to achieve together. A big thank you as well to all my colleagues for the excellent preparation, openness and professionalism. You showcased the passion and commitment that make METRO Slovakia such a strong team. Now, the discussions are over. The priorities are clear. The direction is set. The next chapter depends on us.
