Corporate culture isn't built through office perks alone—it's built through genuine connections and showing up for one another. 🫂 Recently, my colleague Marton Bencze-Szabo - CPTM and I had the pleasure of supporting our teammate, Stefania Lucia Vatca, at her choir performance in the historic Vienna Water Tower (Wasserturm Favoriten). 🏰 The venue itself was remarkable and hearing the choir's voices fill the tower's unique acoustics made for an unforgettable evening. Moments like these remind me that our colleagues are so much more than their job titles. Taking the time to celebrate each other's passions outside of work helps us build stronger relationships, deeper trust, and a more connected team. ✨ Stefania, thank you for sharing your talent with us.
