14 years of Ukrainian roots, 4 years of Group vision, and a brand-new horizon in Romania. 🌍 Life has a way of leading us through unexpected chapters, and mine has been a journey of true transformation. While I remain a proud member of our Group HR team—a team that has supported me through thick and thin for almost 4 years and still is supporting — I have also stepped into a new role as an HR Specialist within our Romanian team. Transitioning from my 14-years in Ukraine to this new role isn't about "getting lower." It’s about gaining a fresh perspective, mastering a new market, and understanding a different heartbeat. And my heart is full of gratitude for the three pillars that shape my journey: 💙 💛 To my Ukrainian Team: You were my professional home for 14 years. Thank you for being my foundation for over a decade. The strength and resilience we built together are what allow me to stand tall today in a new country. You are forever part of my professional DNA (Andrii Dudko, Vasylyna Shnitser, Oksana Komar, Iryna Hrytsenia, Володимир Логуш,Juliya Vorona and all the team; and also to my former colleague, but still my supporter - Nataliia Hnatiuk). 🌐 To my Group HR Team: Thank you for being my constant for nearly 4 years.
