This Armed Forces Day (UK), we want to take a moment to recognise the commitment, resilience and service of the Armed Forces community - including regular personnel, reservists, veterans, cadets and the families whose support is so important to military life. At Element, we’re proud to be a signatory of the UK Armed Forces Covenant, reflecting our commitment to creating opportunities for veterans and reservists and fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace. Our Veterans & Reservists Colleague Resource Network provides a space for colleagues and allies to connect, share experiences, support one another and raise awareness of the Armed Forces community across Element. For our colleague Richard Lee, Armed Forces Day is deeply personal: “Our family has covered every stage of the military journey: 27 years of my own service completed, one son currently out there doing the business, and another who has successfully navigated the transition back to the civilian world. We know the pride of the uniform, the worry of the deployment, and the challenge of leaving it behind.
