You may have caught our sneak peek a few days ago…   Here’s the full video and first reveal of what will take centre stage in an iconic new restaurant.   Part of the multi-million pound redevelopment taking place at the prestigious Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort, a new standalone restaurant, led by Culinary Director James Close and his wife Maria, will serve as the heart of this world class gastronomy destination that demands the best.   ATLAS James & Maria Close made the obvious choice for the heart of the kitchen, which was of course Molteni. Not just a single stove, but three bespoke stoves built to the exact requirements of James, Maria and the culinary team to deliver the cuisine you would expect from such a venue.   Take a look to see James & Maria visit the Molteni factory in Saint-Vallier, France, talk with Emmanuel Romero and the team of artisans who have crafted and then ‘meet’ their stoves for the first time. As you would expect, an emotional moment but befitting for the occasion.   Not long to wait until the patrons of ATLAS can experience the craft of the culinary team – we’re sure they can’t wait.
