From Brainstorm to Breakthrough: Meet the Winners of Our "Innovation Sharks" Creative problem-solving is the crucial skill that enables Electra Group companies to overcome challenges and reach new heights with iconic projects and world-first developments. It’s also the inspiration for Electra’s Innovation Sharks program, based on the international Shark Tank format, which recently held its thrilling grand final. The hall was filled with energy, excitement, and anticipation as the finalists took the stage one by one to present their brilliant ideas to the jury. Each presentation clearly demonstrated the power of original thinking, with employees from various Electra subsidiaries taking the initiative to develop hands-on solutions to the real professional issues they encounter on a daily basis. After much discussion, the jury was finally able to achieve the almost impossible task of crowning the deserving winners. The top prize was awarded to Valery Mandel from Electra M&E for the UP-MIVN project, which developed a dedicated drone for operating optical beam smoke detectors. The runner-up project was E-link by Omer Simoni and Tziona Zohar from Electra Elevators. Third place was shared by three different projects: Damper Testing Efficiency by Yaakov Fodor from Electra M&E, AI Smart Warehouse by Lior Ezra and Nofar Amira from Electra Elevators, and Smart Measurement by Noam Yosipenko from Electra Energy Solutions. Congratulations to all the winners! The diversity and practicality of these projects has once again proven the incredible talent and dedication of Electra’s workforce – people who lead by example and strengthen the entire team through their efforts. As a result, these projects may soon be making a genuine difference to employees and customers all over the country. Thank you to all who participated in this year’s competition: the participants, managers, judges, and everyone who supported this fantastic event. You are all innovation champions to us. #Innovation #CreativeProblemSolving #TeamWork #Success
