My Asian Thanksgiving was a big hit and will be our little “tradition” from here on out! Appetizer: Baby watercress salad, goat cheese, goji berries & walnuts Main: Chinese Roast Duck, sweet potato and wok fried Coconut Chinese Yard Long Beans! Side: sautéed oyster mushrooms in garlic lemon butter Dessert: Pecan pie with sour cream Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!
