Big shoes to fill…but a good Supply Chain Director always has a good pair of shoes…Fabien Issard, embraced the torch masterfully from his predecessor and our most loved ❤️ people developer Dr Christian Borel on his retirement. The passion we have at EPFL Executive Education - Sustainable Resilient Value Chains has been largely inspired by Christian’s unwavering commitment to excellence and support of people he believes in. He has enabled hundreds of successful change leaders in business operations to make a difference, far beyond his responsibilities at Merck Group. Our experience is that Dr Christian Borel always spots the talent and by passing the torch on deliberately, the learning result seems to have been befitting of his legacy so far.
