𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗠𝗘 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 ‘𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱’, 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. Engagement with both industry and the UK Ministry of Defence, was one of the stand out statements, as I recorded our latest Turtle Talk.  One I reflected on personally, considering the growth of Copper Turtle over the last 3 years, and I would 100% add academia into that mix. Today I welcomed Mike Keating CBE MBA, a recently retired Major General, to the BattleLab on Dorset Innovation Park, to discuss some key topics and draw on his vital experience. Our podcast focuses on 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲, something present in all our minds, given the current global challenges, and those even closer to our shores.  And, we highlight the vital role that UK Sovereign SMEs can play in that, the vital link with all of the Regional Defence and Security Clusters, UK Defence Innovation and the Office of Small Business Growth.
