Modern retail stopped selling just products a long time ago. Today, it sells time, convenience, and habit. That’s exactly the idea behind every new SMALL FOOD store. I’m proud to see another two stores opening in Astana, but what excites me even more is seeing the concept scale consistently. A neighborhood store today is much more than a place to buy groceries. It should solve everyday missions: • morning coffee; • fresh bakery throughout the day; • ready-to-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner; • pizza and crepes prepared on-site; • carefully selected essentials; • delivery within 30 minutes. The goal isn’t simply to be close to home. The goal is to become part of everyday life — making daily shopping effortless and giving people back time for what matters most. I’m grateful to be part of the team shaping this concept and helping transform it into a scalable retail model for Kazakhstan. We’re just getting started. Many more locations are ahead, bringing this format closer to families across Astana and Almaty. And yes—we’re always looking for great locations and partners to grow together. #RetailStrategy #ConvenienceRetail #RetailTransformation #StoreDevelopment #FoodRetail #ReadyToEat #CustomerExperience #RetailOperations #Kazakhstan #SMALLFOOD
