Hace unas semanas estuve en una conferencia donde habló Eric Schmidt, CEO y Chairman de Google (Alphabet) por muchos años, y me llevo un mensaje sobre cómo construir grandes compañías, dijo (parafraseado): ‘As CEO you manage the team, not the individuals. You focus on leadership and team dynamics. You try to get people to work together, build together. The key to long-term business success lies in momentum: consistently moving forward, building, executing, and ensuring the organization remains dynamic rather than static. Define clear goals, measure them rigorously, and iterate relentlessly, again and again.' Cada día estoy mas convencido que construir algo grande depende, en gran medida (si no todo...), del equipo que logras inspirar, convencer a diario de lo que estás construyendo, y empoderar para que quieran construir contigo y con el resto del equipo.
