This week, our President Béatrice Dunogué-Gaffié and our Vice-President Ivo-Meinert Willrodt have had two very fruitful and interesting meetings with Mr. Andreas Stein, Head of the Unit of Civil Justice and Mr. Pedro Oliveira, Legal Affairs Director of BusinessEurope. In both meetings, the members of the Board of EIP have discussed about the importance of implementation of the Directive of Restructuring Frameworks into national law, and expressed their willing to collaborate in further opportunities in order to improve the figure of the Insolvency Practitioner across Europe. #insolvencypractitioners #insolvencylaw #EIP
