No two stops told the same story, and that’s exactly the point. Last month, our Master's in Hospitality Management students specializing in Food & Beverage Management explored #Madrid through a series of encounters that challenged assumptions, sparked ideas, and revealed the many ways F&B comes to life. From Catalonia Hotels & Resorts (Catalonia Plaza España), where the journey began, to the bold design and concepts at Hotel Puerta América, each visit added a new layer to their understanding of the industry. 🍽️ Along the way, they: – Stepped into creative gastronomy at The Cooking Clubhouse – Experienced the unique identity of La Tasquería de Javi Estévez – Explored scale and strategy at Makro España – Connected with heritage at Sobrino de Botín – Discovered precision and excellence at Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid – Met the teams behind Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Experienced boundary-pushing mixology at Salmon Guru What stood out was the openness of the people behind the concepts sharing their realities, their challenges, and what drives them forward.
