[RESEARCH] 💡 Women, Power and Cancer: A Lancet Commission 🔎 This webinar presents the key findings of the 2023 Lancet Commission on Women, Power and Cancer, applying an intersectional feminist lens to examine how gender shapes women’s experiences of cancer, as patients, caregivers, health workers, and policy actors. It explores asymmetries of power in three domains: decision-making, knowledge production, and economics, with particular attention to the financial burden cancer imposes on women.
