We are pleased to announce that Caroline Parsons has been appointed Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Egis. She will join us in early November, at a strategic time for the Group as we continue to grow, evolve our organization, and accelerate the transformation of our HR function to support our ambition: to double in size by 2029 and become one of the world’s top ten engineering firms. Caroline brings over 20 years of international experience in the construction and engineering sectors, having held senior HR leadership positions at Balfour Beatty, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and WSP. She will also join the Egis Executive Committee. With her strategic vision, global perspective, and strong people focus, Caroline will play a key role in driving our HR and organizational transformation, developing talent, promoting inclusion, and strengthening our corporate culture worldwide.
