I’m pleased to share that as of May 1st, I’ve taken on the role of Manager, Technical Service & Customer Excellence, EMEA at QIAGEN. Working in Technical Service, close to our customers, gives me a privileged perspective on their needs and on where we can meaningfully improve their journeys with QIAGEN. This new role is an opportunity to build further on that, working closely with colleagues across functions to drive better outcomes for our customers.
