The first summer semester is over! Today is the last day of the Employee Relations class for the Master of HR program at Rollins College. I can’t begin to tell you how proud I am of this group. They all have day jobs and with everything going on in the world today they still come to class with high energy and an unbelievable determination to solve all kinds of HR problems.
