Last week, we welcomed a select group of DevOps leaders to Stockholm for another DevOps Experience Group. The discussion focused on one of the biggest questions engineering teams face today: Where does AI create real value in software development, and where does it simply add noise? Throughout the day, participants shared practical experiences with AI adoption, heard insights from our Field CTO, Kalle Sirkesalo, and learned from Niklas Dahlgren and Alexander Jansson of Spendrups, who shared their firsthand experiences with AI and DevOps. Together, the sessions sparked open conversations about what successful AI adoption looks like in practice—and what organizations should avoid. As always, one of the highlights was the interactive peer discussion, where participants openly shared challenges, exchanged ideas, and learned from each other's real-world experiences. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day such a valuable exchange of ideas.
