With more than 25 years of experience leading planning, approvals, and development projects across Ontario, Toula brings exceptional expertise in guiding projects from concept through approvals and into construction. Planning is often the first step in a successful development project, and Toula's leadership will further strengthen EFI's ability to deliver seamless, integrated solutions for our clients. Working closely with our environmental, civil, architectural, and engineering teams, she will help continue to grow and enhance our Planning and Development services.
